Problem When Shut Down

When i shut down my laptop, it shut down and then it restarts again. I have tried many ways but still cannot solve the problem. No virus, ...

bios

check the BIOS settings in Advanced Power management if not just check in windows in Power management what its highlighted to do when you shutdown...
