Windows Setup Disk to Boot b/c of Corrupted System Files

I did not receive a windows 2000 setup disk with my Dell Latitude. I have
some corrupted system files and it says I need to use the original setup
floppy disk (no floppy drive, though) or CD-ROM to repair.

Is there somewhere I can download this and burn to a CD to fix this problem.
This is a legitimate copy of Windows 2000.

Is there a folder named I386 ? If so then you should find a backup of the
system files.
