No, but it is possible that you need to update your system's video driver or
the motherboard chipset drivers. It's also possible, and I have seen a
number of posts here recently about this, that the video hardware is
failing.
If you identify the board used in your system (or the manufacturer of your
system) and the video card manufacturer, you should be able to download all
the relevant drivers for free. If you aren't sure what they are, Belarc
