Windows Server 2003 Trial Editoin won't see network or connect to the Internet

Windows Server 2003 Trial Editoin won't see network or connect to the Internet. It is installed on a 2nd PC. I have tried everything I can think of, is there something I've missed? I have even removed the Internet Explorer Security Pack and this has made no difference. Also disabled the Firewall on the Primary PC.
 
Are you trying to say that you are using ICS on the other
PC, and the new W2k3 install cannot access the internet
using the ICS ?
If it is just a W2k3 setup issue you really should be asking
in a windows.server newsgroup.
