Windows Server 2000 and Windows XP clients // Symanted AntiVirus C

I have a server running MS Windows Server 2000. All of the clients on the
network are running Windows XP SP2. I am having a hard time trying to run
Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition 10.1.5 on all of the clients. It will
install onto the clients and run in the background but I am unable to get
onto the server and push virus def updates to all the clients. All of the
clients are discovered on the Symantec System Center on the server but the
clients do not report after discovery and no updates can be forced to the
clients through the server. Any suggestions????

Appreciate the help.

I did end up figuring it out though. One of my coworkers downloaded the
wrong definition file format. The format was for single client only. That was
why the server was never pushing an update to all the clients. So, I
downloaded the right file, put it in the server's symantec file folder and
manual forced a push. A little while later, all clients were updated to the
correct definition files and discovery has been properly reporting all
clients on the network.

Thanks again for the help!
