windows security update CD

I attempted to install microsoft security updates CD , I
got th following message: Software you are installing has
not passed Windows logo testing to verify its
compatibility with Windows XP. How do I fix this?

Look for "When installing an update you receive the following message:
"Software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo testing""
