windows product activation

these keys are not in my registry editor to delete. I can
get to Microsoft folder but then theres no Cryptography
folder. So what do i do now? I have re-installed windows
again and there not there.

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Provide

\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Providers


It says "A problem is preventing Windows from accurately
checking the license for this computer.

Error Code: 0x80070002.

How can i fix this so i can go on my computer. I can only
logon in SAFE MODE and I had just installed it on my
computer and now it's not working.

From Safe mode:

Start/run regsvr32 regwizc.dll
Then start/run regsvr32 licdll.dll
