OS: Win XP Professional (Legal)

I used the verifier to test a driver after the Bluescreen I rebooted to
safemode(system started chkdsk while booting) then I disabled all driver
tests. The reboot in normal Mode causes following Problems:

A problem is preventing Windows from accurately checking the License for
this computer. Error 0x800700c1

....Logout

I can't reinstall Win because Axapta is Running on this server. A new
istallation of Axapta and all the necessary config would cost a lot of money.

What I already tried:

regsvr32.exe regwizc.dll (note the space between the e and the r )
Click OK or press Enter

regsvr32.exe licdll.dll
Click OK or press Enter

Also, if these registry keys exist, boot to Safe Mode, open the
registry editor ( Start, run, type in regedit Click OK )
and delete these, if present :

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Providers
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-20\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Providers

Do you have a file in your system32 directory called "wpa.dbl"? It might be
hidden, so folder options, unhide. That file is your Windows
Licence/Hardware Config info. Any indication that this file is corrupt? You
can delete the file and force Windows to Re-Register online or by phone.

Also, if chkdsk ran, chances are your hard drive could be going bad. When
my System drive failed, Windows did some freaky stuff!
