Windows picture and fax viewer

I had to reset my PC to factory insallation Windows XP ,I
was always able to edit my pics with Windows picture and
fax viewer. The tool shows when I click on it,
however, "Paint" pops up instead. Is there any way I can
activate and use picture and fax viewer again? I really
would appreciate any help in this matter. Thanks

Easy....right click a picture and select "Open with"
Now select "Windows picture and fax viewer" from the list
and tick the box "Always use this program" click apply or
ok.
Done !
