When I set up windows mail I clicked the (transfer existing account info. )
button from Internet explorer to Windows Mail. But the program did not
transfer my password info and I need my privacy due to multiple users on my
system. How do I set-up a password?

Windows Mail does not have a password for access control.
Even if it did have a password, the other users would still have access
to your private documents and pictures; and since mail files are unencrypted
text files, they can be read fairly easily with Notepad.

If you want real privacy, you will need to have a Windows user password.
When you are done using the computer press Winkey+L which will lock
your Windows user account. You can set up a guest account for the other users.
