WINDOWS/OFFICE UPDATES FAILS

Hello,

I'm trying to run some Windows/Office update on my computer and they failing
and I can not solve this anyhow :(

I click on "Internet Explorer" from "START" menu, click on "Tools" and then
"Windows Updates", after I get to the screen I click "Express" it scanes my
computer and then I end with following:

after a while i end up with following error message:

obviosly i dont have such file so i click cancel here..

so I end up with following

Hello,

Firast thing to do is go to Admin tools/services and make sure that
the "Office Source Engine" service is running.

Office updates will not install if that service is not running.

same thing...

Office Source Engine wasn't running though, so I ran it and I went and tryed
to apply SP3

another thing is ... I actually just checked I do have SP3 installed
manually.. I guess a long time ago I dont understand why is it showing that
I need to install it if I already have it installed...

but Windows Updaes are more imortant for me anyways then OFfice updates...
