Windows not maximised

Open IE and maximise it. Then hold the shift key and close
it. Then when you reopen it should open to full size.

I believe that the window must be manually resized for this to work. Put
cursor in a corner and when it becomes a two-headed arrow, hold left button
of mouse while dragging to screen corner. Do this for all corners. Do not
use the Maximize command. Press SHIFT or CTRL and SHIFT while you close the
window with the "X". Also, right clicking the icon in the title bar and
selecting Close should have the same effect.
