windows must have protection tools

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what free tools I must have to protect a wondows
computer.

There are a lot of free tools but which wich combination is the best.


I thought of this combination:

Anti-virus: Avast! and AVG
Anti-spam: (spybot SD or adaware) and winpatrol
Firewall: zonealarm
Cleaner : windows washer or ccleaner
key/screen logger : Snoopfree
Analyzer : microsoft baseline security analyzer 2.0

Better ideas?

Is windows defender a good program?

Do I need something for worms or malware?
