windows movie maker

i've tried sending a movie from windows movie maker in an
e-mail attachment, the person i sent it to didn't have
windows xp and i have, is that why they can't view the
video i sent them?
please help me

wmv is the format and all the person needs is an wmv software player. What
operating system do they have. Also, have them try to play an AVI that they
have on their machine or download a small one. The Atch may be corrupting
since it may be quite hugh.
