Windows Messenger

I try to upgrade my windows messenger to version 5.1. Afer upgrading, I am
not able to use windows messenger, each time I connect it pop out message
"An HTTPs or TCP connection could not be made. Please wait for your network
administrator to correct this problem, and try again later"
What doe it mean? Do you know what happen with this? version 5.0 work fine
on this desktop.
