Windows Messenger - Video Conversation problem

My daughter and I start a video conversation. I can see her video and as
well as mine in PIP. She can see her video in PIP, but cannot see mine. We
both get each other's sound. It appears that the only way that she can see
my video is if she turns her camera off.

We are both using Windows Messenger 5.0. We have both turned off QoS. Her
DSL modem connects through USB and my cable modem connects through an
Ethernet card. I have downloaded the latest driver for my Ethernet card.

I was having a similar problem a while back. It appeared that I had too many
USB connections. I use 2 powered USB hubs. I unplugged every USB connection
except for the ones I needed to use the camera and then it would work. Very
annoying.
