Windows Messenger 7.0 Beta 2 behind a Netgear DSL Router

Dear all,

what I have todo with my Netgear DSL Router with Firewall funktions, if want
to use Messenger 7.0 functions like Webcam and Voice?
Is this possible behind a Router? Because of NAT.....?

You will need to know which IP ports (like 80 -- web pages) that you may
need to "port forward" from the Netgear router to your PC's IP address.
 
Thanks for the Answer, but this is the Point.
What kind of Port did I need? There are seweral answers around in I-World.
