Windows Live Messenger Error 80072745

On certain computers I am receiving the following error upon login to Windows
Live Messenger 8.0:

We were unable to sign you into Windows Live Messenger, possibly because of
a problem with your Internet connection. Please try again later.
To let us try and troubleshoot the problem, click the Troubleshoot button.
Error Code: 80072745

I've uninstalled / reinstalled different versions and the same version
I've found very litte about it searching google / etc. I have tried
deleting the registry key: HKCU\Software\Microsoft\MSNMessenger\Policies
I have added a couple of entries to the Hosts file. That did not resolve
the issue so I took them back out. My account works on my office computer
but not at home. I have also tried disabling Windows XP firewall and
Anti-Virus. Neither worked so I reenabled them. I have DSL Router hooked
into a wireless router. Any help would be greatly apprecaited. Thank You.
