Windows Messenger 5

I just installed Windows Messenger 5. Now Outlook Express
comes up when I want to send email where Hotmail used to.
Also when I receive new messages at my Hotmail account
the alert no longer comes up to inform me I have a new
Hotmail message. In does not come up for Outlook Express
either but never has before with v 4.7 but it did for
Hotmail. I've looked at the options but can't get it to
change. Any possible solutions will be appreciated. Thank
you.

They've removed the ability to check Hotmail accounts in Windows Messenger
5, only MSN Messenger provides this function now.
