Windows menu has unwanted Choice

When I right click while in IE and get my secondary menu
up, at the bottom of the menu is a porn site link. How do
I get rid of this link on the menu.

Run Spybot from: http://security.kolla.de
it should be able to remove that annoyance for you automatically.
