windows media player

my windows media player shows videos broken up
(meaning that the come through in broken frames)
Kind of like stuttering movies?
Any ideas?

Could be various things,
Do you have the right dodec for playback of the file?
Is it a streamed file and you don't have enough bandwidth.....
