Windows Media Player Shortcut Is Added to the Desktop After You Ru

KB article 820936 says to use an unattend.txt to workaround this issue.
However there is nothing in the unattend information that says how to do it.
We want to prevent our users from attempting to use streaming media and music
from the internet and adding the icon only encourages the user to do so.
 
In the unattend.txt , it is part of the components section:

[Components]
Mplay = off ; Windows media player
wmPOCM = off ; show Windows Media Player shortcuts
