windows media player problem

i have a desktop with intel GH965HW motherboard with VISTA installed. 2gb
ram(ddr2)
all of a sudden windows media player11 has stopped playing wav files
selectively. on trying to play files not supplied with vista it says "system
is low in memory and please close other programs and try again."
what can i do? TIA.

You may need to increase the page file, that was a comen error in xp

Extening Page File, in windows Vista

if you have 100GB or more of disk, and can spare the space you should set to
2048 - 4096 in each box respecitivly, that is over kill, but what the hell
you wont have to worry about it again.
I only have a 60GB drive, but i run those settings
