Windows Media Player Internal Error

Evertime I try to start Windows Media Player 10, it says "An internal
Application error has occured"
I am running Windows XP Proffesional Edition.
I've tried reinstalling it, and that didn't work. What should I do?

To resolve this problem, reregister the Jscript.dll and Vbscript.dll files.
To do this, follow these steps:

1.Click Start, click Run, type regsvr32 jscript.dll, and then click OK.
2.Click Start, click Run, type regsvr32 vbscript.dll, and then click OK.

You may receive an "internal application error has occurred" error message:
