Windows Media Player - getting my old one back

About two weeks ago, I got the message that the new
version of Media Player had come out and I could upgrade
my Media Player for free. (I have Windows XP home.) I
did so. I don't like the new version of Media Player
(Player 9 Series). It doesn't let me edit my tracks as
easily, and the upgrade messed up my playlists. Does
anyone know how I can get my old Media Player back?

Yeah- go into system restore, choose a restore point
prior to making the change, and viola-back to the old
player you go, happy as a lark.
