Windows Media Player for Windows XP

Hello,
I have a problem using my MP. I had MP8 and i updated it
to the 9th version. When I play a movie I can't use the
video settings (hue, saturation, brightness and
contrast). They are blocked on the medium value. Please
help me to fix the problem because I want to modify these
parameters.

I am having a similar problem. I can no longer
play webcast streaming videos. I get the audio
only in my Internet Explorer and the media player
never functions.
