At one site I go to, where I've never had a problem
before, I can only download half of the m3u files using
Windows Media Player. For the other half (and there's no
size or date correlation as to which ones will open), WMP
gives this message: "Windows Media Player cannot play
the file because a network error occurred." The thing is
that I can access all of the files on that site if I use
RealPlayer or Winamp. I've explored some reasons for
this new problem, but nothing seems to work. I am
running Windows XP and Media Player 9. I am not
currently using a firewall, all of my network protocols
are selected, and my proxy server settings seem to be
correct.
This problem has taken up about twenty hours in the past
week, and I'm getting very frustrated! Does anyone have
any ideas?
