I just installed windows media player on my windows 2000
pro. While installing i got error 'ordinal 77 could not be
located id dynamic link library....' and after some time I
got another message 'ordinal 176 could not be located in
dynamic link library OLEAUT32.dll'. But some how it
completed the installation and i rebooted the machine.
When i tried to start windows media player, i got the
second error again 'ordinal 176 could not be located...'
followed by an error that windows media player is not
installed peroperly. Do you want to reinstall. I did
install from the site and also copied the setup file on my
hard disk. Any body help what's causing this problem. I
did install any service packs to 2000 pro.
