Windows Media Player 9 "Error ID = 0xC00D1163"

I cannot play DVD videos on Windows Media Player any more.
I get this message: Error ID = 0xC00D1163, Condition ID = 0x00000000 A
problem occurred with digital copyright protection.
My DVDs will play on my other DVD players [PowerDVD & InterVideo WinDVD 4]
with no problems.

Could someone please help me with this problem?
