Windows Media player 9 Causing problems

I have been all over this board trying to get help. Everyone I know and read here and at home are having problems with and caused by windows media player 9 where is the help.. I can't find it. any response appreciated. (e-mail address removed)
 
What is the problem? My WMP 9 works great. I'm running XP Home, 512 MB of
RAM, 32 MB AGP Nvidia Graphics Card on an Athlon 1.34 gHZ processor based
box. No problems at all with Media Player. I also use Real Player and
Quick Time as well as Divx. All run fine.
