Windows Media Player 11 download - Error Message 8007F00D

I currently have Windows Media Player 10. The problem is when I try to
upgrade to player 11 I get---(Cannot complete Windows Media Player 11
Setup. For more assistance click---Web Help) When I click Web Help; I
get---You 've encountered error message 8007F00D while using Windows
Media Player. Additional information is currently unavailable for this
error. Can anyone help me with this?! I would appreciate your help and
knowledge in fixing this problem. Thank You.

Media player 11 will not work with all versions of Windows XP.
