Windows Media Player 10

when I shop for a CD online I can not listen to the music clips and it only
plays from a playlist that I never formed because this is a brand new PC &
the media player came with it.. I did'nt have this problem with my old PC.
Please give me suggestions.

If this is a "brand new" PC, contact the manufacturer's tech support for
assistance. Your warranty should cover this.
