When running a playlist in Media Player 10 and the player is in the taskbar
mode, when I click the next song Windows decides to reset itself, has anybody
had this happen to them?
I have ran a virus and spyware check so it is not this.
Thanks
Open Control Panel - System - Advanced and click on the Settings
button in the Startup and Recovery (bottom) section. In the Startup
and Recovery window click on the checkbox for "automatically restart"
to clear it then click on Apply and OK as needed to exit.
That should put an end to the restarts. However they may be replaced
by a "Blue Screen Of Death" STOP error. If they do then the contents
of the STOP error message, including all of the parameters and the
file name (if any) will be a direct clue to the underlying cause of
the problem.
You can check out the STOP error on MVP Jim Eshelman's web site at
http://www.aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm or post the contents of the STOP
message including all of the parameters and any file name back here.
Good luck
