After my WinXP update WMP9 to WMP10, then there's a "Windows Medi
Connect" command in all the program.but every time i click "Window
Media Connect", it doesn't work well. pops up a box with that unable t
boot files share, some services or group which must be depended o
cannot start up.any suggesions ? thanks in advance

I just did some detective work, and found that it was because these
services were disabled:

Universal plug and play device host
SSDP discovery service

Also check:

Remote procedure call
HTTP
Windows Media Connect helper

Make sure none are set to disabled. If they are right click, click on
properties, and change startup type to manual. Try to open Windows
Media Connect, and hopefully it will work.
