Windows Me and Spyware

Hello.
My operation system is Windows Me, in Portuguese. Is it
possible to download this Microsoft AntiSpyware software?

Nope:

"Windows AntiSpyware (Beta) software supports only Windows 2000, Windows XP,
and Windows Server 2003." They are moving to the NT code base. I highly
sugest upgrading to Windows XP. If your PC is not new enough, Try Windows
2000.
