EXCEL. Need program info

Hello.

Im wondering how to program in Excel and only one thing I am thinking about.

I need to set up the possibility to choose country. List of many european countries will be under an "arrow" and when I choose f.eks Portugal I will get up customer information or some other info I choose to put in.

Anyone knows an easy way to do this?
