windows mail

my friend writes in French script, but when i receive it, it's in my times
roman. how can i set up my windows mail to display the fonts that are sent
to me no matter what font it is?

Are your friend's emails in RichText/HTML format?

Is "Read all messages in plain-text" enabled?
