windows mail

Just got Vista and Window maila
I have 7 e-mail accounts, I believe they are all set up right, I can get
mail to six of them but not to my primary account, I can get web mail online
from roadrunner primary account, but it does not work for the window mail,
any special thing I am suppose to do. It almost seems like my primary e-mail
is being routed to the Web Mail, but that does not make no sense.

You can access your Roadrunner email via POP3 (using Windows Mail) or via
webmail.
(Different doors into the same room)

Do you get an error message?
