windows mail

I've used 2nd email identity since having vista (18 mo) suddenly, I can send,
but dont' receive emails. Senders don't get error message. They dissapear.
Main identity sends and receives great. Whats wrong?
 
Have you checked webmail for that account, to see if the missing
messages are on the server?
If you need help with that, who is the mail provider?
