For several days now one email message keeps repeating in my Inbox and then I
get error messages of 0x800CCC19 and 0x800CCC03. I have tried the fixes
mentioned by other postings but nothing allows mail in our out of my Windows
Mail. Can anyone help?

Don't apply fixes randomly unless you know for sure they apply to your problem.
The experts here are glad to advise you, just ask.

When one email message keeps downloading every time you check the mail,
it means there is a stuck message on the mail server. Use the webmail
access (with your browser) to go to your mailbox on he server. Delete any
old or unwanted emails, then try Windows Mail again. Let us know if you
need more help.

I have done this many times to no avail. I delete the repeated email the
empty the deleted file but it skill gives me this error message and will not
bring in any new mail. I am sending and receiving mail through the server
but Windows Mail is inoperable. The error message is:

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop3.frontiernet.net',
Server: 'pop3.frontiernet.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes,
Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

I would really appreciate advice.

If you need more help, you are more likely to get it if you right click on
the error
messages and copy the entire error messages to your request, not just the
error
numbers.

THANK YOU FOR THE SUGGESTION. All this time I was looking to MS Mail for the
answer and my help came from my ISP! I was on help and she took over my
computer and clicked and clacked and it came back!
It takes a community!

Hopefully you are aware of what changes the ISP rep made to your system.
It looked to me that were using a port that your ISP does not support (995).
