Vista Windows Mail

I am suddenly having trouble receiving my email with Windows Mail.

I get this message: Account: 'pop-server.stny.rr.com', Server:
'pop-server.stny.rr.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x800CCC19

Any suggestions?

I am not an expert, and I don't pretend I have an answer for you. But, I
notice one thing :
'pop-server.stny.rr.com'.......... You have a hyphen between pop and
server. Shouldn't that be a dot " . " instead ?

No, the server name is correct.
