Can't send mail

I've been using Windows Mail on this computer for more than a year. All of a
sudden, I can't send mail but I can receive it. This is the error message I
receive when trying to send:

Subject 'test message', Account: 'pop.comcast.net', Server:
'smtp.comcast.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number:
0x800CCC19

Can anyone help me fix this?
