Windows Mail

I have been using Windows Mail in Vista. Now, I can see mail message in
Preview Panel but when I open it, I just get the outline of the window with a
clear body and it does not open. Any suggestions?

I too am getting just the outline of a window and a clear body. Did you
figure out how to get back to normal? I've tried going back to default to
reset it to it's original settings, without success.

Make sure you are not using incompatible third party security
software. Windows Mail is not compatible with most McAfee
and Norton security programs. Those will need to be
uninstalled, not just disabled.

After uninstalling your non-compatible antivirus, download
and install a more compatible antivirus like the free Avast:

Even compatible antivirus programs will need to have their
