I can't see the attachment in windows mail

I can't see the attachment when my colleague sent mails with some attachments
to me by the MS Outlook.I am sure that the security flag( Do not allow
attachemnts to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus) is
cleared.
And I can see the attachment flag in the outline view but can't see the
attachment flag in the details view.I can see the attachment body when i view
the message soure.
Who can tell me why?Thank you!

Ask your colleague to send mail, from Outlook to you, in plain text. WM will
not recognise Outlooks RTF format.
