What email provider can you use with Windows Mail? I currently use Hotmail
but you can't use it with Windows Mail so what can you use?
 
you can use HotPop (hot popper) a free program to access hotmail from WM. you can receive but not send.still need a mail account with an isp to be able to send.

Any POP3 or IMAP provider, typically your ISP.
