This sucks! There are 4 people who will be using this computer. All with
different contacts, different interests, and different friends. But now all
mail goes into one conglomerate folder. Whose bright idea was that? Fire him!

The Identities feature you are probably referring is removed and Windows
user accounts was the suggested replacement for multiple users on a
computer.

About the closest you can get it to separatre the e-mail is to use WMID
http://www.oehelp.com. It simulates Identities but the contacts will remain
the same.
 
If you need that much differentiation between users, you should give
each user their own Windows login.
