I want change windows mail coming mail sound how to do i this
 
Windows Mail uses the system sound for new mail.
So if you want to change it, go to Start - Control Panel - Sound - Sounds
In the scroll box, go to New Mail Notification
in the Sounds box, go to where your substitute wav file is, test it, and
click Apply.

Right click the speaker in the Notification Area.
Choose Sounds.
Scroll down to New Mail Notification and change it.
