windows mail setup

hi I am trying to set up a new email address for my wife using windows mail

I already have my own email address using windows mail and it works fine
which was upgraded from outlook express using my old email address

I'm a bit confused as to what is entered into the pop3 and smtp boxes i am
using o2 as the internet provider

can you please guide me on what must be entered into the appropriaite boxes
from start to finish

Why not open your email properties and copy them?
Tools>accounts>select the existing account>properties>server tab.

mail.o2.co.uk (incoming)
smtp.o2.co.uk(outgoing)
