Windows mail . Recovering mail from different servers

I am not able now to recover mail from other servers when I click on send
and receive I now get an error message 0x800CCC19 on the three servers which
I wish to connect. Originally the import took place automatically then I had
to use send and receive button.I am running Vista Premium and McAfee.All
advice gratefully accepted

McAfee is not compatible with Vista's Windows Mail.

Then uninstall McAfee. Reboot and try Windows Mail again.
Once you get your email working properly, download and
install a less troublesome antivirus program such as the
free Avast. Whichever antivirus program you keep, be sure to
disable its email scanning option.
