When I press the send/receive icon why do I get a message now asking me to
verify that both the username and password are correct for my mail server.
Below this message I have to enter my user name and password. Why is this?

When I'm setting up Windows Mail, it came to Windows Security which I was
asked "Please verify that both the username and passord are correct for your
mail server." However, there isn't any username and password for me to key
in thus I'm unable to hit the "OK" button to continue.

Pls HELP.......

What do you mean by "there isn't any username and password"?
All email accounts have a username and password. If you forgot
yours, contact your ISP.
